Peter Hammonds Motorcycles – Approved Used Bikes – Gloucestershire
It is with a heavy heart that after years og being a premier Yamaha dealer, Peter Hammond Motorcycles has decided that we are no longer continuing as a Yamaha main dealer. We will however continue as an independent Yamaha specialist, concentrating on the vast back catalogue of bikes that we have been looking after for so many years as well as supplying quality approved used motorcycles.
Our purpose built showroom in Gloucestershire is stocked with a complete range of used premier motorcycles along with our extensive range of used Yamaha motorcycles.

Model Description
2 Strokes Icon.
As soon as you see the YZ250 70th Anniversary Edition you’ll know that this is what you need to take your racing to the next level. Because as well as the winning DNA that comes with the legendary YZ250 2-stroke, you’re also getting exclusive graphics and special colours, giving you the performance and style that you need to succeed.
The combination of a high-powered 250cc 2-stroke YPVS (Yamaha Power Valve System) engine, lightweight aluminium chassis and one of the best suspension packages in its class makes this bike like no other and one of the most exciting motocross bikes you’ll ever ride. In its time it’s won everything worth winning in motocross, supercross and freestyle MX. Now it’s the sharpest YZ250 ever!
The slimline bodywork makes for a dynamic and ultra-modern look – and the flat seat enables easier bodyweight shifting when accelerating, cornering or braking – giving you a high degree of control. While the powerful front braking system and suspension damping characteristics help to cut lap times. And with its special livery showing the machine belongs to the top of the podium, the YZ250 70th Anniversary Edition is the most desirable 2-stroke!
